Site Survey Says...

I'm glad you decided to stop by and take the site survey.

Your voice is important to me and I want to hear your ideas and opinions.

The survey should not take more than 15 minutes.

There are no rules.

All questions are optional. In other words you answer as many questions as you like or as few.

You do not need to identify yourself or leave contact info unless you want to be considered for a future 'test team'. In that case, then be sure to leave your contact information requested at the top of the survey form.

Please feel confident that this is for my eyes only and this information I collect is strictly a guide to help me serve your beading needs as we progress this coming year.
